Outdoor living at its finest. With a backdrop of native gums this garden already provided the perfect setting for the proposed design. With the clients wanting to extend the courtyard area we excavated the area to allow for a much larger entertaining space. Construction of engineered retaining walls around the perimeter to enclose the proposed area with a small staircase leading to the above lawn. Our stonemasons then cladded with ‘cotswald’ cladding making for a great contrast with the bluestone crazing paving used as the floor finish. Installation off a large pergola made this courtyard feel like a real extension of the existing property and with the addition a jet spa this made for great entertaining space. With a simple tropical theme planting with ambient lighting this tranquil courtyard was built to impress.
