Working around the northern beaches it is quite common for a rear garden to be on a slope and have drainage issues which can make a garden less usable and enjoyable. The client approach us to eliminate there drainage issues and to create a more functional garden which themselves and there children can enjoy. After consulting with our engineer and drainage experts we constructed timber retaining walls with extensive drainage systems for better water management to create a levelled lawn increasing the usable space and general function of the garden. With a beautiful tropical themed style planting and using darker colours on the fencing to emphasise the bold greens of the foliage we created a small tropical haven which the whole family could enjoy.
